The organisational structure of Eesti Krediidipank has been built up with the aim of achieving the strategic goal by the shortest way and through most efficient use of resources. The work division between structural units serves the smooth and direct communication with customers as well as friendly, compassionate and co-operative partnership between structural units. The hierarchical structure of Krediidipank has been set up in accordance with the areas of responsibility of the Board members, while considering the so-called horizontal management model, avoiding excessive management levels and annoying red tape.
The sustainable and successful operation of Krediidipank as an organisation is ensured by the regulation of the activities and the consistent exchange of experience and information between the structural units. To best serve the customers and provide professional consulting, Krediidipank’s employees undergo annual further education and enrichment training.
